Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of ClipForge AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use ClipForge AI to:

Generate content depicting real people without consent, including deepfakes of public figures.
Create sexual, hateful, harassing, or violent content, or content involving minors.
Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.

3. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload. Videos, images, and scripts generated for you are yours to use commercially, subject to the underlying model providers' terms. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to operate the service.

4. Credits & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed per successful generation and do not roll over between billing cycles unless stated. If a generation fails on our side — model error, timeout or provider outage — the credits are automatically refunded to your balance. You only pay for successful, finished outputs you can download. Other refund requests (for example accidental purchases) are handled case-by-case; contact support within 14 days.

5. AI Output

AI output may contain inaccuracies or unexpected content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish. We provide the service "as is" without warranty.

6. Social Media

ClipForge does not currently connect to or publish to social-media accounts. You are responsible for downloading your finished content and uploading it to any social platform yourself, and for complying with each platform's terms when you do so.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from Billing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipForge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ClipForge AI is incorporated.
